🤝 Partnership Request Guidelines

Say Their Names Monuments welcomes meaningful partnerships with organizations, businesses, creatives, and advocacy groups that align with our mission to honor lives lost to systemic injustice and support impacted families through remembrance, healing, and action.

To maintain the integrity and purpose of our work, all partnership requests must be submitted formally and will be reviewed by our leadership team.

🔸 To Submit a Partnership Request:

Subject Line: “Partnership Request – [Your Organization Name]”

Include the following details in your request:

1. Name of Organization
2. Website and/or Social Media Handles
3. Primary Contact Person
Name, Title, Email, and Phone Number

4. Overview of Your Organization
Mission, audience, and connection to justice or community work
5. Type of Partnership You’re Requesting
(e.g., Co-hosted Event, Sponsorship, Cross-Promotion, Art Collaboration, Media Project, Healing Program)
6. Goals and Purpose of the Partnership
What you hope to achieve together
7. Specific Ways You’d Like to Collaborate
(Include proposed timelines, roles, and needs)
8. Target Audience or Communities Served
9. Is this a One-time or Ongoing Partnership?
10. Any Potential Media, Publicity, or Branding Involvement?
(Include any plans for press, digital marketing, co-branding, etc.)

📝 Our Review Process:

We evaluate each request based on alignment with our mission, capacity, and the emotional impact on families represented in our work. We do not enter into partnerships that:

-Politicize victims or families
-Misuse our imagery or tributes
-Exploit trauma for profit or performance
-Misrepresent our mission or community

Please allow 10–14 business days for review. Follow-up meetings may be scheduled as needed.

📩 Event Request Guidelines for Organizations

We welcome opportunities to collaborate with aligned organizations and communities who share our vision of remembrance, justice, and healing. To protect the integrity of our mission and ensure all appearances reflect our values, all event requests must be submitted by email and will be reviewed by our team.

Include the following information in your email:
1. Name of Organization
2. Organization Website or Social Media
3. Primary Contact Person
Name, Email, and Phone Number 

 4. Event Name
5. Event Date, Location, and Time
6. Type of Event (e.g., Vigil, Panel, Walk, Art Exhibit, Educational Forum, Fundraiser) 

7. Purpose of the Event
8. Target Audience
(e.g., Impacted Families, Community Members, Youth, Advocates, Activists, Elected Officials)
9. Is the Event Public or Private?
10. Estimated Number of Guests Attending
11. Media Outreach Plans
(Will the press be present? Is the event being livestreamed or recorded?)

📝 Review Process

Each request will be thoughtfully reviewed to ensure it aligns with the mission, values, and sensitivity of Say Their Names Monuments. We reserve the right to decline participation in events that are political in nature, misaligned with our values, or could exploit the grief of impacted families.

Please allow 7–10 business days for a response.
